weekend stories - TWO

yes i had thought i'd have only one such crazy weekend... but then again this weekend... so i thought i'll jus make it a series... wait for THREE...

as for TWO -
friday night... this time i was out... at Not Just Jazz by The Bay... four bands were playin... thought it had been a long time i saw local bands play i decided to go.... Bands playing were all just strictly OK. First band... Dropout Society... punk... decent band... had some good energy goin... three piece... bassist sang!
second band - Frozeore or something like that.... RATM kinna band... loud... energetic... me not a big fan of wat they played... just ok.
third band - Sparsh... boys from north east india... started with Sweet Home Alabama... sounded promising... then did a slow and calmer version of Where the streets have no name... which disappointed... played a few more like comfortably numb... ended with highway star... pretty neat... good guitarists... overall i wud say best band of the night.
fourth band - Silver... started with Tom Sawyer... nice cover... also played Aint talking about love... wich wasnt well done... guitar tones not good! rest i dont even remember much of this band... i was bored...
all in all a fine evening... returning home by 1:30.... high and high...

saturday lunch with frns... evening leave for dinner... to the place mentioned below Toscana... so u know how much i already like the place!!! brandy and hot water once again... nice food... then to a frns house nearby... all night playin cards... variations of bluff... lotsa blind stuff... blind pictionary... how?... go figure... laughed our head off... then at 4:30 wen everyones planning to sleep on my suggestion we decide to go out somewhr... go to a nearby resort by the lake... to watch the sun rise... hadnt seen tht in a while... reached by 6:30 after having tea mid way... and doin some tp here and there... leave the place by 7:30... reach german bakery by 8... have breakfast... and post breakfast... and more... sit till 11:30 -12
this is sunday noon now!!! all the while royal tp... stupid games... amazing crap... super fun....
i return home... tired of driving and having fun... freshen up... watch a movie... have dinner and sleep.... end of another weekend
